Road to Roubaix Film - Review

I have been waiting for ages to see this, and at one point I was tempted to buy the DVD from Prendas. I resisted, and I am pleased to say that it was worth the wait.

Lance is back!

Tour du Monde
Like many of you it came as no surprise that Lance announced that he was coming out of retirement. Yet again all the various announcements did not make my ears prick up. Oh Armstrong is going to try for an eighth Tour, oh yeah no shocks there then.

Regal, the Belgian Sofa - Review

regal, the Belgian Sofa

The UCI weight limit on bikes has changed how bikes have looked in recent times. Once deep section rims would not have been a consideration, even for the strongest of domestiques. Due to the 6.8 Kg weight limit the parts that save energy or give comfort have now been added to the Pro level riders bikes.

This is my favourite, from an urban riding point of view. Love the use of first generation Time ATAC pedals. I wonder if the bikes paint scheme was based around them. This is the Brooklyn Gangsta Track, comes only in two sizes, I wonder if they do custom?

Fixies - Urban and Road

Yet again the images come from FishPro7. Fish likes his fixed wheeled bikes and these are the bikes that caught his eye.

IF XS, Edge and Crisp Titanium

IF XS
The XS, the bike of the four intrepid journalists who took part in the Crazy Bet. I have been reliably told that there is more than one IF heading towards Rapha towers in North London.
